SiteType = 0 — SUBURBAN BACKYARD (60 x 120 ft, 0.25 acre)

NURBS graded terrain surface. Cedar privacy fence (6 ft) + gate. Limestone

patio (pavers with joint detail at LOD 3). Cedar deck with board detail +

rim joist framing. Cedar pergola with post-and-beam structure. Inground

swimming pool with coping, water surface, and shell geometry. Border planting

beds (east, west, rear) with corten edging. RevSurface deciduous shade trees

(Bur Oak + Chinkapin Oak) and ornamental magnolia. Shrub masses. Perennial

drifts. Ornamental grasses. Rain garden (bioswale). Garden shed with gable

roof. Compost + raised vegetable beds. Swept stepping stone path. Garden

lighting (path lights + uplights). Drip irrigation main line + laterals.

NURBS graded terrain over 5 acres. Perimeter post-and-rail fence. Gravel

driveway with culvert. Timber barn (48 x 72 ft, gable roof). Chicken coop.

Tool shed. RevSurface fruit tree orchard (5 rows x 8 trees = 40 trees, 20 ft

spacing). Vegetable field with row furrows (LOD 3). Farm pond (80 x 120 ft,

8 ft deep with berm, water surface, native wetland edge planting). Pasture

paddocks (3 rotational zones). Native windbreak (double row evergreen + hardwood).
