 of wall face. Terra cotta tile signage band. 5 pilasters with base, shaft,

 and capital. Recessed central entry with iron marquee canopy + hanging sign.

 transom lights, and frame mullions. Interior floor slabs. Flat roof with

 BuildingType = 1 — 1960s STRIP MALL (State Avenue / suburban commercial)
