 Style = 0 — 1820 FEDERAL / GREEK REVIVAL

 ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

 Symmetrical 5-bay facade. Low-pitched gable (4:12), centre chimney. Four

 lofted-taper Doric columns with abacus capitals, full entablature, and

 triangular pediment. Dentil course at cornice (LOD 4: individual blocks).

 Quoin detail at all four corners with alternating courses. Elliptical

 fanlight over entry door (piped interpolated curve, correct semi-ellipse

 geometry). Sidelights flanking door. Louvred shutters on all windows.

 6-over-6 windows with hood mouldings and pediments. Water table at grade.

 Pilasters at corners. Centre-hall plan implied in symmetry.

 Style = 1 — 1892 VICTORIAN QUEEN ANNE

 ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

 Asymmetrical massing with side wing. Turret: cylinder RevSurface drum +

 conical RevSurface roof with correct curved profile. Cross-gable (steep,

 over centre bay). Bay window projecting from south facade. Vergeboard

 (bargeboard) along gable rakes as piped curves. Bracket array under porch

 beam (LOD 4). Wrap porch with turned posts (lofted circle cross-sections,

 variable radii for turned profile) and spindle array (individual lofted

 spindles with waist detail). Rail cap + base boards. Asymmetric window

 placement with hood mouldings. Stained glass inserts noted in spec.

 Style = 2 — 1910 PRAIRIE FOUR-SQUARE

 ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

 Cubic massing. Hip roof with deep Prairie eaves (3 ft). Full-width porch

 with battered (tapered) brick piers — lofted rectangles wide-at-base.

 Grouped Prairie windows (horizontal bands of 3 casements) with continuous

 head boards. Belt courses and string courses emphasising horizontality.

 Craftsman dormer with gable and window. Brick base (first 3 ft) + lap

 siding above. Square balusters (no turned work). Simple square Craftsman

 entry door surround.

 SHARED (all styles): Foundation + cellar, floor slabs, chimneys (centre for

 Federal, paired for QA+Prairie), interior stair with newel post (LOD 3),

 tread detail (LOD 4), carriage house with gable, picket fence with rails,

 gate posts, RevSurface street trees.
