Our Hypercar SubD Cage System is a procedural CAD framework for generating production-ready concept vehicles with flawless quad topology—optimized for SubD refinement, Class-A surfacing, and downstream manufacturing workflows.


What Makes This Different

Clean SubD Topology by Design

Every surface is generated as structured, evenly spaced quads—no patchwork, no cleanup. The cage is engineered for smooth deformation, predictable curvature, and professional SubD refinement.

Fully Parametric Control

Wheelbase, stance, overhangs, beltline, canopy, shoulder volume, aero features, and wheel geometry are all driven by explicit parameters—allowing rapid iteration without breaking surface quality.

Physically Correct Wheel Geometry

High-LOD wheels are generated with correct real-world orientation (XZ plane, Y-axis rotation), accurate tire profiles, rim depth, lips, and spokes—not placeholder geometry.

Guide-Driven Form Language

Key automotive lines—roof arc, beltline, rocker, hood crown, diffuser, haunch, and wheel arches—are controlled via guide curves that lock edge flow exactly where designers expect it.

SubD-First, CAD-Native

Built natively in Rhino / Grasshopper, the system outputs both control meshes and SubD bodies, ready for further detailing, surfacing, or export to engineering pipelines.
